PRIVACY POLICY

We collect the minimum amount of information from you to enable us to provide you with services through our Website. It is important that you know that the information that you provide us with (your “personal information”) is kept in a secure place, and that it is not made accessible to others. It is also important that you understand how we use your personal information. 1. When you sign up to our mailing list, you need to provide us with your email address.
1.1 Your email is then stored in Mailchimp so that we can send you emails. For Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy, please click here https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/. We use two-step authentication for our Mailchimp account.
1.2 We also keep client emails in Xero. You can find Xero’s Privacy Policy here: https://www.xero.com/au/about/terms/privacy/ . We use two-step authentication for our Xero account.

2. When you book an appointment with us, we ask you to provide us with your full name, email address and phone number. You may also provide us with other information that is relevant to the advice that you are seeking from us.

3.2 We also keep your email, phone number and any other details provided by you that are relevant to our provision of services to you in our electronic files which are held on our office computers and in OneDrive and which are accessible only by password and only by us.
3.3 We use Microsoft Office Bookings for online bookings.
3.4 We do not use this information for any other purpose other than to assist us in the provision of our services to you, and no one else has access to that information.

As there are security risks inherent in any disclosure of personal information over the internet, we all need to be wary that our personal information that is shared by email, for example, could be inadvertently shared due to an act or the negligence of a third party. Please be mindful of this when sharing any of your personal information via email or online.

4. If you would like a copy of your personal information, please email us at admin@abclawyers.com.au and we will send it to you. If you would like to make any changes to the personal information that we keep in our records, please let us know and we will make any changes reasonably requested by you.

5. We may need to update my Privacy Policy from time to time, and we reserve the right to do so at any time and without prior notice. If we do, we will publish the new Privacy Policy here.
